This website is owned by Sudilicious Soaps by JoJo and the material; including logos, photos, text and other graphics contained herein is owned by me, and may not be downloaded, or used for any means unless permission is given by me.
The purpose of this site is to provide the customer (you) with information about me, and my products. I also provide you with the opportunity to purchase online through my secure shopping cart.
Product Availability
I undertake to keep my website current regarding product names, descriptions and photos of products available. However, from time-to-time products listed in stock may not be available, if this occurs, I will notify you by email to seek your instructions for a suitable replacement.
As my products are hand produced in small quantities, slight variances in colour or appearance (soap) may occur, this variance will not affect the quality, usability or the way the product performs.
Packaged gifts and soap gifts are individually prepared or in bulk and may vary in soaps contained.
Feedback
Any comments or feedback that you provide to me by any means will remain my property and may be used by me(with identifiers removed).
Shipping and returns
I will attempt to ship all orders as soon as possible. In most cases we ship within 3-10 business days from receiving your order.
Shipping is FREE if you spend over $100 (Australia only – or if you live in the Penrith NSW Region.
International Shipping NZ within most cases 15-17days depending on weight.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Sometimes during freight items can be damaged. Please let me know if this is the case. You will be provided with a tracking number with for your order.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as soap) for health reasons. However, if you have any concerns with what you purchased please contact me and I will be more then happy to resolve the issue.
Exchanges
Please contact us with any issues or concerns with your purchase and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Refunds
Please contact me if you need to cancel an order you placed or would like it changed or varied. If you place an order and would like it cancelled before it is shipped we can arrange a refund.
